Paulo Coelho, a Brazilian writter who is internationally renowned for his famous books, has some detractors though; he has taught people no doubt interesting things on his books.  I quote from his book “Ser como el rio que fluye” or to be like a flowing river , a thought that appears in one of of his stories. He wrote:

"When the archer pulls the string, he can see the whole world from inside his bow”...

And in another story, he stressed something that I think it is very important for professional life. In this case he mentions qualities of a pencil:

"... The pencil's fifth quality: it always leaves a mark"

There are several journalists and announcers from the Cuban Radio who have great voices and work throughout the country. Some characteristics of the voice are required to announce with efficacy. Diction, a skill of articulate each phoneme, is the most important for the announcing experts; but it is not enough.
