Announcing and radio are inseparable; one can’t do without the other. That's why in Cuba we celebrate Presenters’ Day on December 1st. These are the familiar voices of the men and women who present the news and programs, whether on radio or television. Radio wouldn’t exist without announcers, at least not the way we know it to date.

From the professional point of view, I have never liked to mention a number of people, who have excelled on certain spheres on human development; since there is no doubt that you run the inevitable risk not to mention someone, and it is something uncomfortable but involuntary.
