Cuban Deputy Prime Minister Ricardo Cabrisas held meetings on Tuesday with French government authorities as part of a working visit to the European nation.

Pedro Castillo, the candidate of Peru Libre, has declared himself the winner of the presidential elections.  "We will be a government respectful of democracy, of the current Constitution and we will form a government with financial and economic stability," Castillo told thousands of his supporters gathered in Lima.

Cuban financial company, FINCIMEX, rejected the impact of its inclusion in the list of restricted entities by the State Department as part of Washington's escalation against the Caribbean island, a press release noted.
