Cuban cuisine: know and taste at Book Fair

Published by the young Artechef publishing house for the first time the Federation of Culinary Associations of Cuba will present several pieces of kitchen as part of the XXV International Book Fair, which begins Thursday in Havana.

Texts on country cooking, meat processing, and formal education at the table will be some works to be exhibited, said chef Eddy Fernandez Monte, president of the Federation.

He noted that the goal of publishing Artechef is to raise the professional level of the cooks and the population in terms of food culture and rescue dishes.

As part of the International Book Fair, at San Carlos de La Cabaña Fortress, he said the chef Edy Fernández, specialist panels will be held, while Artechef magazine in its first issue will be presented.
