At the endings of 1961 and the beginnings of 1962 and directed by the chief of the Revolutionary Orientation Commission; first, the Integrated Revolutionary Organizations and later the United Party of Socialist Revolution Cesar Escalante Dellundé were the first steps for the institutionalization that ends with the sign of the 1030 Law that validated the creation of Cuban Broadcasting Institute on May 24th, 1962.
