Raul Presides Over Ceremony for 55th Anniversary of the Interior

Army General Raul Castro, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Cuban Communist Party (CC of the PCC) and President of the councils of State and Ministers, presided over the ceremony for the 55th anniversary of the Ministry of the Interior (MININT).
The ceremony, held on Monday at the Universal Hall of the Revolutionary Armed Forces (FAR), was also dedicated to the upcoming 90th birthday of the historic leader of the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro, and the 60th anniversary of the landing of Granma yacht and of the FAR.

Mission of the Cuban Radio
The Cuban Radio System is a state entity of the Cuban Radio and Television Institute (ICRT), established to supervise, monitor, analyze and organize the creative process and the development of national radio.
The Institute has a vice-president -who runs the entire radio system, three general directors and nine methodological directors, as well as 96 stations located throughout the country.
The mission of the approximately 7,000 workers of the Cuban Radio System is to offer a programming of high political, ideological, social, ethical and aesthetic values, in line with the Battle of Ideas fought in Cuba.
